    There are many ways we can communicate. It really depends on your equipment & needs. We can chat over live video, instant messaging, or simple phone calls. Whatever makes you comfortable.
  2. Can I Meet Someone In Person?
    JTS can only offer live, in-person services to small businesses in the west LA/SFV area. Live streaming video conferences or meetings are always available to any client.
  3. What Are the Ups & Downs of Having a Virtual Assistant?
    Virtual or remote assistants offer the office support without the overhead of having an additional full-time employee. The service also provides you with the type of experienced professional that may not be available in your direct area. You can read this & many other articles for more here:
Privac​y & Contracts
  1. Do You Have a Non-Disclosure Agreement?
    Yes, & each person who views any business information will be required to sign one. If you'd rather supply your own, we'll be happy to oblige after review.
  2. Will You Share My Information?
    The only reason your information would be shared would be in our portfolio. Before adding any documents to my public portfolio I will ask your permission & this would also be included in the non-disclosure agreement.
  3. Do I Have Complete Control Over My Documents?
    Absolutely. From the font to whether you want JTS to store you documents after the final invoice, your documents come your way.

  1. There's Not An Example for What I Need, Do You Have One?
    We have many examples in our public portfolio, but some aren't included to protect the privacy of the client's company. There are many examples that simply didn't want to be publicly advertised but can be shown privately. Contact us for more information.
  2. Will I Have to Sign a Contract With JTS?
    There will be a simple contract outlining payment & confidentiality. However, there will be no required time of service or minimum hours per week, month, or year.
  3. I'm a Non-Profit; What's The Effect?
    JTS provides a 10% discount to non-profit organizations on all charges except goods and services purchased from outside vendors.

  1. How Big is JTS?
    100% family owned. There are 3 full-time employees involved; the owner, Jessi, her husband, Dror, and her mother, Rochelle. All playing key roles in making your business thrive!
  2. Did JTS make this website?
    Yes, I (Jessica) did. Every time I started in a new office, there was an issue with the website or a new one needed to be launched. Either way, it was my responsibility. I learned & found short cuts that work for businesses that don't want to spend a lot on their website but need the professional results.
  3. How Do Your Prices Compare?
    JTS keeps overhead low, which means the price of our services are equally as low. We compare our prices to similar companies & services as well as the needs of the small businesses all over the United States to keep our prices & services up to date.
Pricing & Estimates
  1. What is Take Over Training?
    Eventually, you may want to hire a full-time, in-office professional. I will virtually train your new assistant on everything we do for you & transfer all needed documents over. Call for more detail.
  2. How are Websites Estimated?
    First, you would fill out the above form online to give us a good idea of what you want on your website. After we receive the form, we'll give you a call, go over the information, and then we'll send you an estimate based on everything we've learned about your website needs. If you don't have a computer handy, simply call and we'll walk you through the questionnaire.
  3. What Does An Animated Video Cost?
    Animated videos have several cost factors: length, voice over, animation intricacy, and deadlines are a few. For example, a 30-second whiteboard animated video with voice over (provided in house) with provided rough sketches would be about $250-$300.
  4. I Don't Know What I Need, Can You Help?
    Absolutely. Whether you're trying to get the word out about a sale or you need to know which option best fits your business, JTS will help you through any decision. Simply call or email!
About Services
  1. Hourly, By Page, or Contract?
    Billing is customizable project-to-project , but here are some general guidelines: Ongoing support is usually hourly. Projects are usually contracted but can be broken down into hourly. Transcription & proofreading is always by page.
  2. How Will an Estimate Work on a Longer Project?
    Hourly: I'll give you 2 price points & guarantee the price to fall somewhere in between. (Ask Us About Retainer Rates for Ongoing Projects) Contract: A clear contract will be written with a single price & any changes will be approved as JCOs.
  3. How Can I Pay?
    There are several options for payment. We accept most major credit cards, check, money order, and PayPal. If you are within the SFV limits, pick up is also an option.
  4. When Will I Be Billed?
    Most jobs are billed at the end of the project. For account holders with JTS, monthly or weekly billing is available. We reserve the right to request a pre-paid deposit on certain projects and clients. These include large projects, first-time clients, and clients who have had previous billing issues.
